These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.moziwash.com
(the “Site”) and the purchase of products from Mozi Wash (“Mozi Wash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

SECTION 1 - Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state of residence to use this Site or purchase products.

SECTION 2 - Accounts
You may create an account on our Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your information as necessary.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 3 - Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 4 - Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
If you purchase a subscription product, you agree to recurring charges based on the frequency you select at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support@moziwash.com.
Cancellation applies to future billing cycles and does not retroactively refund prior charges.

SECTION 5 - Shipping
We ship within the United States only.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

SECTION 6 - Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return. Opened products are not eligible for return.
All returns are subject to our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

SECTION 7 - User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content (“Content”), you grant Mozi Wash a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Content in connection with our business.
You represent that you own or have permission to submit such Content.
We reserve the right to remove Content at our discretion.

SECTION 8 - Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and branding, is the property of Mozi Wash or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Mozi Wash mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Mozi Wash (“Mozi Wash”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Mozi Wash’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Mozi Wash through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Mozi Wash. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18667299558 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Mozi Wash mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

SECTION 9 - Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

SECTION 10 - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mozi Wash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
In no event shall Mozi Wash’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 11 - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mozi Wash and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

SECTION 13 - Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SECTION 14 - Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully as it affects your rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or the purchase of products from Mozi Wash shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in California, unless otherwise required by law.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

SECTION 15 - Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
